The resource utilization of construction waste is in line with China's national policy of developing circular economy and sustainable development. Properly handling the resource utilization of construction waste not only achieves environmental benefits, but also has good economic benefits. Construction waste recycling products, including recycled aggregates, recycled inorganic mixtures, recycled bricks, recycled concrete, etc., can be widely used in various road engineering and municipal, landscaping, river slope protection, squares and other fields.
At present, the widely used construction waste resource utilization mainly includes two processes: factory crushing and recycling (fixed production line) and on-site recycling (mobile production line).
Factory crushing and regeneration process and equipment
The factory crushing and recycling process uses fixed equipment to process construction waste in the factory. This method can build a large-scale construction waste treatment production line and produce it in a closed workshop, reducing various types of pollution, producing various aggregates, and achieving low emissions. Fixed equipment includes crushing equipment and sorting equipment.
1. Crushing equipment
The main objects of crushing operations are concrete materials and stone, with the aim of reducing particle size, increasing shape uniformity, and facilitating subsequent processing procedures. When screening, air separation, magnetic separation and other separation processes are carried out on the crushed construction waste, due to its uniform particle size and increased flowability, it can greatly improve the sorting efficiency and quality, and is conducive to high-density landfill treatment, saving space for filling the entire site.
2. Sorting equipment
By sorting, useful waste is fully selected and utilized, while harmful waste is fully separated, especially by dividing construction waste into different particle size levels for use in different recycling processes. According to different properties, sorting includes manual sorting, screening, gravity sorting, magnetic sorting, buoyancy sorting, optical sorting, etc.
Screening is the process of separating coarse and fine materials by using a sieve to pass fine particles smaller than the sieve hole through the sieve surface, while coarse particles larger than the sieve hole remain on the sieve surface.
On site regeneration process and equipment
The on-site recycling process uses mobile crushing equipment to process construction waste on site. The advantage of this method is that various devices can be moved freely close to the processing point, reducing transportation costs and avoiding secondary pollution; Various mobile devices can be combined with each other as needed to produce various recycled aggregates.
