We have designed and produced a complete set of technical solutions for the resource utilization of urban construction waste based on the principles of reduction, harmlessness, resource utilization, and energy utilization. The waste is put into a comprehensive production line system for waste resource utilization, and processed through process systems such as waste feeding system and automatic waste sorting system. Urban construction waste can be sorted and reused as a resource:
(1) Abandoned building concrete and abandoned bricks and stones: produce coarse and fine aggregates, which can be used to produce concrete, mortar or prepare building materials such as blocks, wall panels, floor tiles, etc. of corresponding strength grades. After adding solidified materials to coarse and fine aggregates, they can also be used for highway pavement base.
(2) Waste bricks and tiles: Used for producing aggregates, which can be used to produce recycled bricks, blocks, wall panels, floor tiles and other building materials.
(3) Slag soil: can be used for road construction, pile foundation filling, foundation, etc.
(4) Abandoned wood: Wood that has not been significantly damaged can be directly reused for rebuilding buildings, while severely damaged wooden components can be used as raw materials for recycled wood panels or papermaking.
(5) Abandoned pavement asphalt mixture: can be directly used for recycled asphalt concrete in appropriate proportions.
(6) Abandoned road concrete: can be processed into recycled aggregates for preparing recycled concrete.
(7) Scrap steel, scrap steel bars, and other scrap metal materials can be directly reused or recycled for processing.
(8) Waste glass, waste plastic, waste ceramics, etc.: Use them differently depending on the situation.
