Construction waste is fed in through the feeding port and undergoes coarse sorting on the conveyor belt, where large wood blocks, plastics, etc. are screened out, while steel bars and concrete are intelligently separated. Then, it passes through a magnetic and electrical separator to adsorb steel bars, iron and other metals. Next, it goes through a light material separator to screen out scraps of cloth, cigarette butts, paper scraps and other garbage. What remains is a mixture of sand, gravel and concrete. Finally, it enters the "fine selection building" where concrete, stones and sand are completely separated. It then goes into the "shaping machine" to be ground into the required size and can be used as raw materials.
The construction waste is classified and crushed and screened in grades to produce aggregates that can replace natural sand and gravel. Some of the aggregates are used as raw materials for deep processing by enterprises, mixed with cement to produce standard bricks, hollow bricks and other wall materials. The remaining part is sold as commercial aggregates to concrete mixing stations, ready-mixed mortar stations, and for highway foundation backfilling, etc. The powder and soil separated by air are supplied to building material manufacturers for the production of blocks and to the landscaping department as soil for greening. Plastics, wood and other debris are mixed with fine aggregates to produce composite materials such as guardrails and downspout grates.
