1. 2. Magnetic separation: mainly used for the classification of mineral resources. The working principle of magnetic separation is that after the material to be selected is sent into the separation space of the magnetic separator, it is subjected to the combined action of magnetic force and other mechanical forces (such as gravity, centrifugal force, friction force, and medium resistance, etc.).

3. 3D sorting: A conveying device designed with separation function for sorting inorganic particles in coarse and crushed garbage. The machine utilizes the characteristics of garbage material crushing and designs a conveyor belt to bounce and separate inorganic particles or other hard particles while conveying the material. The separated particles move in the opposite direction to the conveyed material, thus achieving the purpose of garbage classification. 3D sorting mainly selects components such as batteries, ceramics, and bricks.

4. Density classification: mainly based on the density of objects, classifying garbage with different density values.

To further improve the technical level of domestic waste classification in China, it is necessary to optimize and innovate the automatic classification technology for domestic waste resource utilization, improve its classification efficiency and accuracy, reduce system construction costs, operating energy consumption, material consumption, and management investment.

If optimized and innovative urban household waste classification technology is adopted, more than 90% of the components in the waste can be recycled, greatly reducing the amount of landfill waste and extending the service life of urban household waste landfill sites.
