Because some informal landfills did not take effective protective measures during the operation period, the water, gas and odor pollution generated not only affected the lives of surrounding residents, but also polluted the groundwater.
Stale garbage treatment generally has problems such as large total landfill volume, complex composition, and difficult sorting. The stale garbage treatment equipment developed by our company professionally solves such problems. Through multi-level sorting, multi-mode sorting, and multi-level sorting, it effectively solves the problem of complex composition of stale garbage, and can form final materials (humus, light materials, heavy materials, combustibles, non-combustibles, etc.) according to customer needs. The following is an introduction to the main equipment of the stale garbage processing line:
1. Chain plate feeder + distributor
The plate feeder distributor is composed of a chain plate feeder conveyor and a uniform distributor. The garbage is transported to the head distributor by the plate feeder, and after several cycles, the distribution effect required by the process is obtained. At the same time, the material flow rate will be controlled to achieve better use results.
2. Magnetic separator
When the garbage passes under the fixed magnetic separator electromagnet, the magnetic material is adsorbed on this conveyor belt and moves with the belt. When the magnetic material is sent to the small magnetic area, it automatically falls off, thereby realizing the recovery of the magnetic material.
3. Drum screen
The shaftless drum screen is a universal screening equipment for comprehensive sorting of domestic garbage, which is used to classify materials. The size of the material particle size is controlled by the size of the sieve hole for classification.
4. Disc selection screen
The role played in the production line is to classify materials and remove slag soil. The multi-axis rotation is used to push the material forward along the screen surface, and the rapid rotation of the screen plate loosens the material. Materials smaller than the sieve hole gap fall through the gap between the sieve shafts due to their own weight and the rotating force of the sieve plate. Materials larger than the sieve hole gap remain on the screen surface and continue to move forward and fall into the transfer belt conveyor to achieve the purpose of screening.
